Section 9(2) in The General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988
(2)It shall be a condition of approval of Chemist:-(a)that the approved Chemist shall strictly follow the instructions issued for inspection, sampling, analysis, packing, marking and sealing of the article;(b)that the approved Chemist shall maintain grading record in the prescribed manner and ensure timely submission of the periodical returns as may be specified from time to time; and(c)that the approved Chemist shall be responsible for safe custody and proper accounting of Agmark labels, Agmark replica bearing containers, sealing pliers, etc., and for realization and timely remittance of Government dues.
