Section 101(7)(a) in The Arms Rules, 2016

(a)The transporter license in Form XIV shall be applicable for bulk transportation's exceeding one hundred firearms or ammunition exceeding fifty thousand cartridges in a single consignment or multiple consignments forming part of a single shipment.
