(7)(a)The transporter license in Form XIV shall be applicable for bulk transportation's exceeding one hundred firearms or ammunition exceeding fifty thousand cartridges in a single consignment or multiple consignments forming part of a single shipment.(b)The transport of arms and ammunition other than bulk transportation may be carried out by ISO 9001 certified transport companies.
