25. Furnishing of information to authorised person or authority and deployment of staff.
(1)Every private school shall furnish any information sought for by any person or authority as authorised by the Government, particularly during the conduct of census or election or any survey including the National Achievement Survey or the State Level Learning Survey.(2)Every private school shall also deploy its staff for carrying out the work of census or election or any survey, if required.
