Section 25(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)Every private school shall furnish any information sought for by any person or authority as authorised by the Government, particularly during the conduct of census or election or any survey including the National Achievement Survey or the State Level Learning Survey.
