Section 1(2) in The Punjab Welfare Officers Recruitment and Conditions of Service Rules, 1952
(2)[ They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.] [These rules came into force with effect from the 30th September, 1952 vide Punjab Government Notification No. 7480-LP- 52/968, dated the 30th September 1952.]
