Section 3(c) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants (Special Provisions) Act, 1984
(c)"landlord" means a landlord as defined in clause (e) of section 2 of the Tenants Protection Act and includes a public trust as defined in clause (25) of section 2 of the Public Trusts Act;
