Section 79(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)Subject to the provisions of Regulations 8 and 63, a pension other than family pension shall become payable from the date on which an employee of the Commission ceases to be borne on the establishment.
