Section 4(10)(v) in The Merchant Shipping (Continuous Discharge Certificate-cum-Seafarer's Identity Document) Rules, 2001

(v)Such application shall be submitted to the shipping master's Office within a period of one year from the date of notification of these rules in the Official Gazette.
