12. Registrar.
(1)The Registrar preferably an eminent Sanskrit scholar devoted to deliver for the cause of upliftment of Sanskrit language and literature shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the advice of the Government. The terms and conditions of service of Registrar shall be determined by the Chancellor, on the advice of the Government.(2)The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the University. He shall work directly under the superintendence, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
