30. Effect of suspension and cancellation of certificate of debenture trustee.-
(1)On the from the date of the suspension of the certificate the debenture trustee shall cease to act as a debenture trustee during the period of suspension.(2)On and from the date of cancellation, of the certificate the debenture trustee shall with immediate effect cease to act as debenture trustee.
