Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)Every private school shall place its building, furniture and other infrastructure at the disposal of the board authorities for the conduct of any board examinations and valuation of answer sheets, free of charge on specific requisition by the authorities concerned.
