22. Conduct of Examinations and Valuation of answer sheets.
(1)Every private school shall place its building, furniture and other infrastructure at the disposal of the board authorities for the conduct of any board examinations and valuation of answer sheets, free of charge on specific requisition by the authorities concerned.(2)Every private school shall depute its teachers on duty for the conduct of any board examinations and valuation of answer sheets on specific requisition by the authorities concerned.(3)No private school shall prevent any pupil on its roll from appearing for any board examinations on account of poor academic performance.(4)Every private school shall abide by the conditions as may be prescribed to prevent unhealthy competition among the private schools.
