Section 3(2) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(2)The Government may having regard to the local conditions of any area, the period of storage of Bio-fertilizers, and other relevant circumstances, fix different prices or rates for Bio-fertilizers having different periods of storage or for different classes of consumers.
