Section 21N(5) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(5)While scrutinising the nomination, the Election Officer may-(a)Permit any clerical error in the nomination paper in regard to the names or number to be corrected in order to bring them in conformity with the corresponding entries in the final voters list:(b)where necessary direct that any printing error in the said entries may be overlooked.
