Section 12(2) in Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019
(2)No mining lease and quarry permit shall be granted for any such minor minerals as the State Government may notify in this behalf.Provided that such notification may be for the whole State or any part thereof.
