22. Deputy Director.
(1)Every Deputy Director shall be whole time salaried officer and shall be appointed for a period of three years by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the selection committee in the manner prescribed by the Statutes.(2)No person shall hold the office of Deputy Director beyond the age of sixty five years.(3)The Deputy Director shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and regulations made under this Act.
