(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Vaccination Act, 1960.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)This Section shall come into force at once. The remaining provisions of this Act, in whole or in part, shall [come into force] [The Act came into force w.e.f. 2.9.1960, vide Notification No. 13521-H, dated 31.8.1960, published in the Orissa Gazette, Part III, dated 9.9.1960, P. 635.] on such date and in such local areas as the Government may, from time to time, by notification specify.
