(3)This Section shall come into force at once. The remaining provisions of this Act, in whole or in part, shall [come into force] [The Act came into force w.e.f. 2.9.1960, vide Notification No. 13521-H, dated 31.8.1960, published in the Orissa Gazette, Part III, dated 9.9.1960, P. 635.] on such date and in such local areas as the Government may, from time to time, by notification specify.
