Section 77(1) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(1)After the close of the poll the Presiding Officer will close the slit of the ballot box and seal the box in presence of candidates or his Election Agents or Polling Agents who may be available there. He will also allow any candidate, Election Agent or Polling Agent present there to put his seal on the box if he so likes.
