Section 79E(1) in Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2013
(1)The Project Proponent shall submit a detailed and comprehensive proposal in Form No. 6 along with detailed project report in hard copy and soft copy, Earnest Security equal to 0.05% of the total estimated cost of the Project, Bid Value/Financial Proposal-IRR etc. (with details and supporting documents, wherever necessary), project financial summary in Form No. 7 and check list for submission of documents in Form No. 8 within a period specified in Rule 79-D to the Administrative Department in hard copy and soft copy.
