211. Costs of Paper Books to be costs in the cause.
(1)The costs of the Paper Book supplied by any party shall be costs in the cause and may be allowed to any party, provided he has presented a statement of the costs stating the number of Folios typed (one folio consisting of 100 words) and the total costs of the Paper Book, computed as prescribed below, before the case is posted on the Daily Board. If the statement of costs is not presented before the matter is posted for hearing on the Daily Board, the costs shall not, unless otherwise observed by the Court, be included in the Bill of Costs.(2)The costs of the paper books shall be computed at the rate of 25 ps. per folio of 100 words inclusive of all the copies supplied.
