(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (3) each Board shall consist of the following members namely:-(i)the Head of the University Departments in the subject or each of subjects with which the Board is concerned (hereinafter in this section referred to as "the subject");(ii)not more than ten persons nominated by the Vice-Chancellor by rotation in the manner prescribed by the Statutes from amongst the Principals and the teachers of affiliated colleges;(iii)not more than such four persons to be co-opted by the Board who are-(a)experts in the subject or in subjects cognate or allied to the subject; and(b)experts in the profession or industry concerned with the subject.
