5. Minute Book.
(1)All proceedings of the meetings of the Board shall be recorded under the supervision of the Secretary in a minute book which shall be kept by him in his personal custody.(2)The proceedings shall be signed by the members present.(3)A copy of the extract of the minute book shall be placed in the relevant file or files, as the case may be.
