Section 5(1) in The U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board (Procedure and Conduct of Business) First Regulations, 1998
(1)All proceedings of the meetings of the Board shall be recorded under the supervision of the Secretary in a minute book which shall be kept by him in his personal custody.
