(1)This Act may be called the Bengal Opium Smoking Act, 1932.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.(3)It shall come into force in such local areas and on such dates as the State Government may, by notification, direct, and the State Government may, by notification, withdraw this Act from any local area.
