Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Value Added [***] [Omitted by C.G. Act No. 2 of 2006.] Tax Act, 2005.(2)It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
