Section 1(2) in The Maharashtra Irrigation (Pimpri Water Supply) Rules, 1964
(2)They apply to the supply of water to Pimpri, Pimpri Township, Kasarwadi, Chinchwad, Pimpri Waghere and to such other areas as the Executive Engineer with the previous approval of the State Government may specify in this behalf.
