Section 63(c) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(c)the Chief Medical Officer may in order to prevent the spread of any dangerous epidemic disease issue an order to any person for the immediate inoculation, vaccination, effective disinfection of any moveble property, clothing or personal effect or of any particle of food and drink within his control or any excrete or vomit of infected person in his charge and such person shall came by with the direction prescribed by the Chief Medical Officer;
