Section 1 in The Paradip Port Trust (Distraint or Arrest and Sale of Vessels) Regulations, 1988
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Paradip Port Trust (Distraint Arrest and Sale of Vessels) Regulations, 1988.(2)They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government in the Official Gazette.
