Section 83 in The Orissa Development Authorities Rules, 1983
83. Keeping of capital account and revenue account.
(1)The Authority shall keep a capital account and a revenue account.(2)The capital account shall show separately all expenditures incurred by the Authority on each development scheme or town planning scheme.(3)Separate account shall be maintained in respect of each development scheme and each town planning scheme in such form and manner as the Authority may determine.
