(2)The sharing of ISTS transmission charges shall be based on the technical and commercial information provided by various Designated ISTS Customers, ISTS Transmission Licensees, and any other relevant entity, including the NLDC, RLDCs and SLDCs to the Implementing Agency.Provided that in the event of such information not being available within the stipulated timeframe or to the level of detail required, the Commission may authorise the Implementing Agency to obtain such information from alternative sources as per the procedure as may be approved by the Commission in this behalf.
