6G. Apportionment of assets liabilities of Committee split up.
(1)The assets and liabilities of Committee of the original market area shall in accordance with the provisions of the Act be apportioned by the State Government between several Committees of the new market ares newly constituted.(2)The staff of the Committee of the original market area shall be absorbed by the Committees newly constituted, in accordance with the orders of the Board issued in this behalf.
