Section 30(a) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958

(a)The diameter of such pipes shall not exceed [50 mm] [Substituted by W. B. Factories Amendment Rules, 1991, dated 27.11.1991] and in the case of pipes installed after day of January 1940 the diameter shall not exceed [25 mm.] [Substituted by W. B. Factories Amendment Rules, 1991, dated 27.11.1991]
