Section 14(4) in Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice, Jodhpur Act, 2012
(4)It shall be the duty of the Registrar -(a)to be the custodian of the records, the Common Seal and such other properties of the University as the Board shall commit to his or her charge; and(b)to issue all notices convening meetings of the Board, the Academic Council, the Faculties, the Board of Studies, and of any committee appointed by the authorities of the University.
