Section 16(1) in The Commissioners Offices Ministerial Service Rules, 1980
(1)For the purpose of direct recruitment to the post of Stenographer to Additional Commissioner and Camp Assistant there shall be constituted a Selection Committee comprising:(i)The Commissioner of the Division.(ii)The District Magistrate of the Headquarters of the Commissioner.(iii)The Staff Officer of the Commissioner.
