Section 25 in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
25. Appointment of sub-committee and delegation of powers.
(1)A market committee may appoint one or more sub-committees consisting of such number of its members as it may determine, for carrying out any work or to report to it on any matter.(2)A market committee may delegate to any one or more of its members or to any such sub-committee such of its powers and duties as it may deem necessary.
