Section 58(1) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(1)The appointment of the Counting Agent may at any time prior to the commencement of the counting be revoked through a written declaration duly signed by the candidate or his Election Agent and such declaration will be presented to the Returning Officer or any of the Officer authorised by him.
