Section 63(1) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(1)Notwithstanding the fact that the whole time of an employee is at the disposal of the Corporation, the Corporation may grant overtime allowance, not counting as pay to an employee in class "B" or "C' who is required to work on Sundays or Holidays or to put in extra hours on week days in connection with the Corporation's work provided that such an employee, when require to work on any Sunday or Holiday, may be given by the Corporation at its choice instead of such overtime allowance another holiday in lieu of such Sunday or holiday.
