Section 8(1) in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
(1)Every meeting of the Central Council shall be presided over by the President, or if he is absent, by the Vice-President or, if both the President and the Vice-President are absent, by a Chairperson to the elected by the members present from amongst themselves.
