Section 8 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
8. Conduct of business at meetings of Central Council.
(1)Every meeting of the Central Council shall be presided over by the President, or if he is absent, by the Vice-President or, if both the President and the Vice-President are absent, by a Chairperson to the elected by the members present from amongst themselves.(2)All references in provision to the President shall be read as referring to the person for the time being presiding over a meeting.
