(b)"Civil Court" includes :-(i)a Court acting in the exercise of insolvency jurisdiction;(ii)a Court which under any law for the time being in force (a) has been constituted a Court of small causes or (b) is invested with the jurisdiction of a Court of small causes;(iii)a debt relief Court established under the Madhya Pradesh Anusuchit Jati Tatha Anusuchit Jan Jati Rini Sahayata Adhiniyam, 1967 (No. 12 of 1967);
