OMP No. 151 of 2023 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for amendment of order dated 05.04.2023 on the ground that though in the open Court, the case was directed to be listed on 01.05.2023, yet, on account of a typographical error, the date stands mentioned as 26.05.2023 in the order.
As there is no serious dispute with regard to the facts as stand narrated in the application, this application is disposed of by ordering modification in order dated 05.04.2023 to the effect that the case is ordered to be listed on 01.05.2023 instead of 26.05.2023.
