Section 12(b) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(b)Till regulations are made as provided in these Rules, the Regulatory Commission may adopt for purpose of administration and management of the Commission, Rules, if any, mutatis mutandis, of Government of Chhattisgarh, or may make such arrangements as it may deem fit.
