12. Power to make Regulations.
(a)The Commission shall lay down the procedures for performance of its functions and for administration and management of the Commission in the form of Regulations.(b)Till regulations are made as provided in these Rules, the Regulatory Commission may adopt for purpose of administration and management of the Commission, Rules, if any, mutatis mutandis, of Government of Chhattisgarh, or may make such arrangements as it may deem fit.
