Section 67(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)Each of the Committees specified in clauses (b) to (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 64 shall consist of six or nine members to be elected by the members of the Zila Panchayat out of themselves according as the total number of members of the Zila Panchayat is up to 40 or over 40.
