Section 5(ii) in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
(ii)such person is not prosecuting further studies in any University or College or other recognised institution and is not otherwise gainfully employed engaged and has not been awarded stipend by the Government of India/State Government/other institutions. The selected candidate shall cease to draw stipend with effect from the date he becomes ineligible for the stipend or otherwise as ordered by the authority of the concerned Engineering Department.
