Section 65(1) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(1)The proposals with regard to the institution of fellowships, scholarships, medals and prizes shall be moved either by the Board on its own initiative or be initiated by the appropriate Board of studies and shall be provided for in the respective budgets of the Colleges/Campuses/Schools by the Deans/Associate Deans/Directors.
