Section 93(a) in The Board of Secondary Education (Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, 1965
(a)No person residing outside the State of Madhya Pradesh shall be permitted to appear privately at any examination of the Board except and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 8 and 8-A of the Act and these regulations.
