(3)The Election Officer shall conduct elections for electing required members of the Town Vending Committee of a local authority in the manner provided in the, -(i)first Schedule, when the Town Vending Committee for a local authority is being constituted for the first time after the commencement of the Act; and(ii)second Schedule when the Town Vending Committee for a local authority is being constituted for second or subsequent time after the commencement of the Act.
